  Responsibilities

  • Planting, mulching, and general bed maintenance
  • Lawn mowing, edging, and seasonal cleanup
  • Assisting with hardscape and irrigation installs
  • Loading and unloading materials and equipment
  • Maintaining a clean and safe job site

  Requirements

  • Valid NM driver's license
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation to our Albuquerque yard
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
  • No prior experience required; we provide full training

• Irrigation Technician

  Install and service drip and spray irrigation systems. 2+ years experience preferred.

  $24–$30/hr DOE

  Responsibilities

  • Design and install drip and spray irrigation systems
  • Diagnose and repair system failures and leaks
  • Program and calibrate smart irrigation controllers
  • Conduct seasonal startup and winterization services
  • Communicate job status and material needs to crew lead

  Requirements

  • 2+ years irrigation installation or service experience
  • NM Irrigation Contractor License preferred (or willing to obtain)
  • Valid NM driver's license
  • Ability to read site plans and irrigation layouts
  • Experience with smart controller programming a plus
